With bamboo products being popularly recognized as a truly earth-friendly, versatile and renewable resource, it seems that the mention of bamboo clothing still raises a few eyebrows or returns rather quizzical looks. The answer is that bamboo is processed and then spun into fiber which is then woven into fabric. Frequently it will be blended with cotton (usually organic) and perhaps a touch of spandex to give it some stretch. Sometimes it will be 100% bamboo.
